To be useful in real-life deployment scenarios should be on PyPi so one can just pip install msgflo.
Deployment should be done automatically by Travis CI on tags (after passing tests). http://docs.travis-ci.com/user/deployment/pypi/

msgflo 0.0.11 and never on PyPI are functional. Autodeploy via Travis CI
