[Pythonmac-SIG] Different event handling of IDE / Python App ?

I'm writing my own eventloop and everything works well when
using the IDE (1.5.2b1). I've checked now with dragging onto the
Python app and BuiltApplet and under this conditions various
ActivateEvents do not happen (Deaktivate always works).

Any idea ?
